Azerbaijani President decrees on law on state forensic examination

The Cabinet has been assigned to prepare proposals on conformation of effective legislative acts to the law and submit them to the President within a month.

The Cabinet is to ensure conformation of normative acts of the Cabinet and relevant executive bodies to the law and inform the President about it, APA reports.

According to the decree, establishing and abolishing forensic examination departments is in President's competence, the regulations on forensic examination departments are adopted by the relevant administrative body.

The law on amendment to the law on state forensic examination was adopted by the Parliament on February 16, 2007.
