Officers of ICRC Armenian office meet with captured Azerbaijani soldier

Today the officers of International Committee of Red Cross (ICRC) Armenian office have met with captured soldier of Azerbaijani Armed Forces Samir Mammadov.

This is the 12th meeting of ICRC representatives with the soldier. Samir Mammadov was captured on December 24 of last year, APA reports.
