Mammadyarov to speak at UN Human Rights Council's session

Foreign Minister will address in the session on March 13. The session's agenda does not cover issues on Azerbaijan. While Azerbaijan is a member of the Council among 47 state-members, Armenia is an observer state.

Azerbaijan and Armenia Foreign Ministers' meeting on Nagorno Karabakh problem is also expected during the session. French co-chairman of OSCE Minsk Group Bernard Fassier visits region to make the sides to agree on the details of meeting.
