Chairman of the Party's Supreme Council, Gulamhuseyn Alibayli told APA such talks on party's activity are being held often.
Gulamhuseyn Alibayli, who believes in party's normal functioning said that recent events in the alliance's activity and Azerbaijan Democratic Party's expulsion from the alliance was not a subject to discussions.
"We only considered alliance's policy in general. Party's new courses for this year are being prepared. The new programme will focus on the development of legislation and issues on presidential elections," he said.
To the question about the alliance's reaction to the resignation of the democratic party led by Rasul Guliyev, Alibayli answered that it is internal affairs of the alliance. He did not confirm the information about the membership of new parties' as well as Musavat.
"Considerations about new memberships were not held, as alliance acts to perfect its quality, but not quantity. No discussions were made on the membership of Musavat too. The alliance can cooperate with Musavat on national issues. But it does not mean that party will get membership," he said.
