Azerbaijani rights defenders to appeal to US Embassy for monitoring Guantanamo

The rights defenders will ask to allow them monitoring the detention conditions and facts on tortures.

Behbudov said that they have got reports about jailers' torturing the prisoners, APA reports.

"We are going to investigate these problems and inform rights defense organizations about it. If we are allowed, we will concern ourselves with Azerbaijani citizen Polad Siracov who served his imprisonment and later was extradited. The society has no information about him," he said.
