Parliament to discuss Gebele Radar rental

The parliament will again discuss rental of Deryal radar in Gebele, MP Zahid Oruj informed.

He said that a group of MPs supported the initiative and tries to raise this issue to discussion, APA reports

"This is an economic issue. Russia increased the prices for energy deliveries, so the rental agreement should be reconsidered," he said.

Azerbaijan and Russia signed a ten-year contract on renting Deryal radar in 2002. Russia pays $7m per year to Azerbaijan.
