CE Congress of Local and Regional Authorities to conduct training in Baku

Council of Europe's Congress of Local and Regional Authorities will carry out training courses for the representatives from local authorities association in Baku.

The Council of Europe told APA that representative from Norway Local Authorities Congress are also expected to attend the training.
