PACE considers Azerbaijan's proposals

"I got the letter of Samad Seyidov, head of Azerbaijani delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe some days ago. The letter touches on some points that we have made remarks concerning Azerbaijan’s commitments. PACE is considering the proposals offered in the letter," PACE Monitoring Committee co-rapporteur on Azerbaijan Tony Lloyd told.

He refused to make public what the proposals are saying that dialogue between Azerbaijan and PACE is confidential, APA reports.

"It does not mean that we will agree to the statements noted in the letter. If we agree, it will be reflected in the process of negotiations and corresponding amendments will be made," he said.
