EU Office in Azerbaijan to be opened in mid 2007

The European Union's representative office in Azerbaijan will be opened in the middle of this year, EU special representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semnebi stated.

He stated that this office is necessary for both sides. Semnebi added that after the opening of the office, EU representative on Azerbaijan will take up his position in Baku, APA reports.
