He said that a number of measures will be taken for handover of captured and POWs during the first Karabakh war.

Measures are being taken for reaching an agreement among Armenian Azerbaijani and Georgian on searching captured and missing people. Separatist Armenians, having temporary authority in Nagorno Karabakh can participate in the discussions. Besides, Armenians, representatives from separatist regimes of Ossetia and Abkhazia will also participate in the discussions.
