Appeal for issuing passport to APFP leader considered

Nasimi district court had decided not to issue passport to Karimli, APA reports.

The lawyer said that plaintiff side solicited to the court to involve Interior Ministry Passport registration department to the process. But his solicitation was not allowed.

Guliyev said that he was plaintiff side, but defendant was Mugabil Khalilov, the representative of Nasimi Prosecutor's Office.

Khalilov asked the court for time to present them necessary documents. That is why the trial was postponed till March 7.
