Released Azerbaijani soldier transferred to Bayil isolation ward #1

Up to now Garajayev has been treated in Medical Institution for tuberculosis patients # 3, sources in Justice Ministry Penitentiary Service told the APA.

A criminal case was launched against Vusal Garajayev on Article 274 (high treasury) and 338.1 (violation of service rules) of the Criminal case. The investigation is under way.

Garajayev Vusal Mammad born in 1988 was drafted from Balaken Military registration Department and captured by Armenians on December 7 in Aghdam territory. He was handed over to Azerbaijani side under auspices of International Committee of Red Cross.
