Ilham Aliyev: "It is priority to apply information and communication technologies in Azerbaijan"

"Application of information and communication technologies in Azerbaijan is priority," President Ilham Aliyev stated at the conference on the 2004-2008 Socio-Economic development Program development of Azerbaijani regions.

The Head of State noted that he regularly meets with heads of leading companies of the world for the development and application of information and communication technologies, APA reports.

The President said he is interested in new investments, establishing techno parks and stressed the importance of establishing powerful information and communication center in Azerbaijan.

"This is the development," the President said.
