Interpol issued notice for 206 persons in connection with Armenian crimes in Nagorno Karabakh and adjacent territories

The preliminary investigation on case of grievous crimes committed by Armenian aggressive groups in Nagorno Karabakh and adjacent territories is carried out in three directions, stated military prosecutor Khanlar Veliyev.

He said the first direction is related to Khojali, Garadagli, Mesheli, Baganis-Ayrim tragedies, the second is related to the torture on hostages and captives, and the third is related to the terror acts by Armenian aggressors.

Military prosecutor noted that these aggressors are found guilty under article 103 and others on genocide of the Criminal Code. Interpol has issued notice for 206 persons on the case.

hanlar Veliyev added that rulings have been returned to charge 31 persons for Khojali genocide, 17 for Garadagli tragedy, 18 for Baganis-Ayrim tragedy, 29 for torture facts and 2 for terror acts, APA reports.
