APFP chairman Ali Kerimli told APA that the Mayor's Office doesn't allow holding protests.
"We have appealed of violation of the constitution. We will continue to rally and at the same time fight in the court. The issues on Freedom of assembly should be sent to the European Court for Human Rights after the internal court instances," he said.
Ali Kerimli noted that bloc will continue mass protests against energy price hike. Leadership Council of the bloc will hold a meeting on the issue and discuss the next steps. Party leader pointed out that the protests will take place only in the city centre.
"We won't take into consideration the contradictory decisions of the Baku Mayor's Office," he added.
