Baku not sure in effectiveness of CIS

The mechanism of the Commonwealth of Independent States /CIS/ is not working and the organizations need reforms, the Deputy Chief of the Administration of the President in Azerbaijan Elnur Aslanov said.

"It should be noted that the mechanism of the CIS is not working. So now the question rises – what should be done with it in the future and is it worth existing at all?," Aslanov said during a press conference in Baku, cited by Interfax.
