Elchin Guliyev: "No one can protest against techniques applied in protection of Azerbaijani borders"

He said that 293 buildings were constructed and commissioned in 2006, APA reports.

Elchin Guliyev said the construction of the buildings is carried out according to the State Program 'On the development of state borders in 2006-2010.'

He also took a stance on the protest of the neighboring states against the technical equipment applied in the protection of borders.

"Every state has the right to apply new techniques in the protection of borders. No one has the right to protest against the techniques applied in the protection of the Azerbaijani borders," he said.
