New documents on destruction of Azerbaijani cultural heritage to be presented to PACE Rapporteur

Member of Azerbaijani delegation to PACE Rafael Huseynov told the APA that the issue on the visit of Edward O'Hara, Rapporteur on Cultural Heritage of PACE Subcommittee on Science, Education and Culture to the region would be discussed.

"I suggested that Azerbaijani, Georgian and Armenian delegations should hold discussions with the CE representatives on fixing the date of the visit," he said.

Huseynov noted that he has prepared some new documents to present to Edward O'Hara.

"The facts on the destruction of Azerbaijani cultural heritage by Armenians both in the occupied territories and in its own territories are reflected in the previous documents and additional materials," he said.

Huseynov said that Edward O'Hara will visit the region in spring.
