OSCE Vienna Office told the APA that Spanish diplomat is on leave and during this period he gets acquainted with information concerning Azerbaijan.

The information stresses that Jose Luis Herrero Ansola has broad information about Azerbaijan.

It should be noted that, Jose Luis Herrero Ansola served as Director General of FRIDE, a private, independent, think tank based in Madrid that works for democratization, peace, security, human rights and development. His wide international experience includes several assignments with the United Nations in Haiti, Rwanda, Geneva and Kosovo.
