Mammadyarov to visit Kuwait

Elmar Mammadyarov will discuss with his counterpart and other officials the relations between the two countries, the situation in the region and cooperation within the Islamic Conference Organization.

He will leave Kuwait for Moscow and hold discussions with Armenian Foreign Minster Vartan Oskanian on the settlement of Nagorno Karabakh conflict by the mediation of OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs.

The ministers were to meet within OSCE Foreign ministers' annual conference in Brussels on December 5, but could not because of their working schedules.

This will be the first meeting on Nagorno Karabakh conflict held between Azerbaijan and Armenia since Presidents Ilham Aliyev and Robert Kocharian met in Minsk. APA
