Aydin Mirzazade: "Azerbaijan builds professional army"

He said that there are cases that the unfit are drafted. Resent events in the army prove that fact.

"$900 m remarks for Army, but it is not enough. This capital is spent to purchase new equipments, to pay salaries, to build new barracks and to improve social conditions. There are cases of financial fraud in the Army too. Military Prosecutor’s Office is dealing with the issue," he noted.

He said that professional army is being established in Azerbaijan. Ground forces, Marine forces will be included to the professional staff. The amendments concerning the formation of Armed Forces Main Inspection Office under Commander-in-Chief are not excluded, APA reports.
