Milli Majlis makes amendments to some legislation acts to prevent water, gas and electricity robbery

It should be noted that, the discussed issue considers making changes to Code of procedure, Administrative Offense Code and Civil Code to prevent water, gas and electricity robberies.

The chairman of the Commission for Legal Policy and State Building Ali Huseynov stated that the parliamentarians' proposals made during last sitting has been taken into consideration and the sanctions considered for the robbery of the electricity will be mitigated.

The issue was adopted after the voting. Then the parliamentarians discussed and adopted the amendments to the laws about Traffic rules, Notary, Administration, Oncological aid, APA reports.
