Terry Davis: "International community not to recognize referendum results in Nagorno Karabagh"

"Nagorno Karabakh conflict should be settled by means of respect for human rights. If public election is needed, it should be free, transparent and just. Armenian and Azerbaijani leaderships bear the responsibility for the settlement of the conflict. This statute is reflected among CE commitments of both countries," he said.
