National NGO Forum made a statement concerning constitutional referendum in Nagorno Karabakh

The statement says that such referendums openly violate international laws and principles and destroy OSCE's efforts to settle Nagorno Karabakh conflict.

"It is generally known that, any political act in Nagorno Karabakh will not be recognized by international community and be considered illegal until the Azerbaijani territories are not liberated and the refugees return to their native land," the statement reads.

Azerbaijan National NGO Forum composed of 431 NGOs considers that Armenia must give up such destructive behaviors and show sincerity in discussions, abiding by international laws and withdraw from occupied territories, APA informs.
