President Ilham Aliyev sent a message of congratulations to the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Hugo Rafael Chavez Frias on thr occasion of his re-election to the post of country's President.

President of Azerbaijan expressed hope for further development of the friendly and cooperation relations established between two countries.

Aliyev wished the Venezuelan President health and success in the years coming. AzerTAg
