Protocol signed about twin cities - Shamakhi and Igdir

The protocol was signed in conference hall of Shamakhi Executive Power, Azerbaijani Consul General to Igdir Hasan Zeynalov told the APA.

The protocol was signed by the head of Shamakhi Executive Power Nazim Ismayilov, the chief of Shamakhi Municipality Mirvet Zeynalov and Igdir Governor Saim Saffet Karahisarli and the chief of municipality Nureddin Aras.

The protocol considers the expansion of the relations between the two cities in all fields.

The guests will hold meetings with some officials in Baku on Friday. They are expected to be received by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.
