Serzh Sarkisian: "Side starting hostilities to lose more"

"The hostilities can start in any unexpected time.

"I don't think Azerbaijan will resume hostilities in near future because its army is not capable of carrying out such a victorious war and OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs will not allow it," Armenian Defence Minister Serzh Sarkisian told Public TV.

The party which will start the hostilities will lose more, he underscored. APA
