Asadov meets Saudi Arabia's official

The Speaker spoke of the history of Azerbaijan's relationship with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Asadov noted his country is keen to strengthen the bilateral ties with Saudi Arabia.

The Milli Majlis' Chairman described Suliman Al-Humaid's current visit as the impetus to the bilateral relations between Azerbaijan's State Social Protection Fund and Saudi Arabia's General Organization for Social Insurance.

Oqtay Asadov also said he welcomes the level of cooperation between the two countries’ parliaments.

Suliman Al-Humaid conveyed the greetings of Saudi Arabia's King and Speaker to Oqtay Asadov.

The guest said his visit is aimed at discussing the prospects of the bilateral cooperation in the fields of social insurance and social protection, and conducting exchange of experience.

Chairman of Azerbaijan's State Social Protection Fund Salim Muslumov and head of the Milli Majlis Apparatus Safa Mirzayev were also present at the meeting. AzerTAg
