Georgian Defense Minister dismissed

There will be fundamental personnel changes in the Georgian Government.

The Defense Minister Irakli Okruashvili will be appointed Minister of Economic Development. Financial Police Chief David Kezerashvili will succeed him.

Minister of Economic Development Irakli Chogovadze will be the president of International Oil and Gas Cooperation.

Agriculture Minister Mikhail Svimoniashvili will be appointed special representative of the President in Guria.

Special representative of the President in Kakhetia Petre Tsiskarishvili will be Agriculture Minister.

Special representative of the President in Guria Aleko Tsintsadze will be appointed deputy Agriculture Minister.

Akaki Bobokhidze will be the special representative in Imeretia.

The other members of the Government will remain at their posts, APA Georgian bureau reports.
