Musavat faction leave sitting unfinished

09 November 2006 [18:20] - TODAY.AZ
Group of parliamentarians from Musavat left the parliament sitting unfinished during the discussion of 2007 Draft State Budget.

The reason was reduce of 10 minute time-limit to five minutes for parliamentarians' discussions. Ogtay Asadov suggested reducing the time limit to five minute because of lack of time and the offer was adopted by voting.

The parliamentarians from Musavat said speaker's decision has political character. Penah Husseyn noted that 2007 state budget should be $10-11bn, but the half was hidden. He said that the budget is not transparent. The parliamentarians will hold press conference tomorrow.
