Mammadyarov meets new Latvian Ambassador

Azerbaijani Minister said President Ilham Aliyev's visit to Latvia on October 3 gave an impetus to the bilateral relations.

Ambassador told of the historical relations between Azerbaijan and Latvia, and said intergovernmental working group will begin to work within short time. Ambassador highlighted rapid development of bilateral relations and high-level cooperation between the two countries.

Mammadyarov touched upon Azerbaijan's cooperation with NATO and European Union, saying integration into the Euroatlantic structures is the top priority of Azerbaijan's foreign policy.
