Meeting of Foreign Ministers Council of BSECO started

The meeting of Foreign Ministers Council of BSECO was held in Moscow.

President Vladimir Putin's appeal to the participants was read out in the beginning of the meeting. The appeal says Black Sea region has great geographical situation and potential for the development of close and effective relationship between Europe and Asia.

According to APA, Azerbaijan is represented by Mahmud Mammadguliyev in the meeting headed by Russia Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. The ministers discuss potential for improving effectiveness of the organization, development of relationships in all spheres, the results of Russia’s chair the organization.

Georgia Foreign Minister Gela Bezhuashvili who left Baku for Moscow to participate in the meeting will meet with Russia Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Security Council Secretary Igor Ivanov.

Merab Antadze, Georgia Conflict Resolution Minister went to Moscow too. Georgian ministers will discuss the preparations to the meeting between Mikhail Saakashvili and Vladimir Putin in the frame of CIS Summit to be held in Minsk.
