Elton Guliyev: "I don't know whether I will be lawyer for Farhad Aliyev or Elmar Huseynov"

"Only investigation can determine whom I will defend, if Farhad Aliyev is accused of Elmar Huseynov's murder," Elton Guliyev, the lawyer for former Economic Development Minister Farhad Aliyev said.

He said that according to the legislation lawyers have no rights to choose. "I do not believe that the former minister can be accused of Elmar Huseynov's murder. Haji Mammadov's statement about Farhad Aliyev is not true. The Government promised to investigate Elmar Huseynov's death objectively. If Farhad Aliyev is accused of this crime I will defend the truth. I will try to find the real murderer," the lawyer said, APA reports.
