Perviz Aliyev who was accused of coup d'etat arrested in Russia

One more Azerbaijani wanted for 1994 coup d'etat was arrested in Russia.

Perviz Aliyev has been in search on Criminal Code articles 57.1(to use Azerbaijan Armed Forces against the government), 70.2 (to create illegal military units), 15.120, 185.1 and 220 effective until 2000. He was arrested in Tolyatti, Russia and handed over to Azerbaijan, Azerbaijan Interior Ministry told the APA.
