Ukraine ambassador to visit Zagatala

The ambassador visited the monument of Ukraine poet Taras Shevchenko there. "Zagatala is a beautiful town with ancient traditions. It is the only region where there is a monument of Ukraine poet," he said.

The ambassador also met with head of the region executive power and discussed the regional cooperation. "The relations between Ukraine and Azerbaijan strengthened after Ukraine President Vladimir Yushenko's visit. We will try to promote the relations.
