Azerbaijani new council to Istanbul Sayyad Aran will take over his assignment at the weekend.

He said that he will do his best to improve the relation between the two states after taking on his position.

Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev issued a decree on calling back Azerbaijan former council to Istanbul Ibrahim Yagubov (Nebioghlu) some time ago, APA reports.
