"Raise of issue on removing France from OSCE Minsk group is under president's authority," said Tahir Taghizade, Foreign Ministry Press and Information department chief.

Taghizade called France Parliament's decision on the punishment for denying false Armenia Genocide the worst precedent and said that it will not influence France policy. "OSCE Minsk group co-chairs should understand that Armenians never do what they say. Their statements about creating stability in the region are false," he told the APA.
