President Aliyev meets NATO Secretary General's Special Representative

Simons conveyed greetings of the NATO's Secretary General Yaap de Hoop Scheffer to the Head of the Azerbaijan State, expressing satisfaction with the expansion of cooperation in the frame of IfP Program between the Organization and Azerbaijan.
