Azerbaijan and Russia to conclude contract on military technical cooperation

Russia and Azerbaijan intends to expand military technical cooperation. A special program has been prepared for this, Vasili Istratov, Russian ambassador to Azerbaijan told the journalists.

The ambassador said the two countries are expected to conclude a contract on military technical cooperation. Azerbaijan and Russia will trade on military technical sphere under the contract.

Mr.Istratov also stated that official Moscow is concerned about the arsons committed by Armenians in the occupied Azerbaijan territories, APA reports.
