President Aliyev congratulates Mexican counterpart

President Ilham Aliyev of the Azerbaijan Republic congratulated the President of the United States of Mexico Vicente Fox Quesada on Independence Day.

President of Azerbaijan expressed hope for further development of friendly and cooperation links between two countries, for the interests of both nations.

Head of the Azerbaijan State extended to the Mexican President his best wishes and the people of Mexico – peace and progress.
