"Diplomacy of Regional Countries: View from Washington" lecture to be read in Diplomatic Academy

The Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan will organize lectures on "Diplomacy of Regional Countries: View from Washington."

Representatives of John Hopkins University, director of the Central Asia-Caucasus Institute Frederick Starr and Dr. Svante Cornell of the same Institute will deliver lectures. Both visitors are specialists in the field of foreign diplomacy of the Central Asian-Caucasus countries and authors of researches.

Professor Frederick Starr is the author of over 20 books and 2000 articles about the developing countries, issues of energy and environment, the Islam, culture and law, oil strategy, dedicated to Russia and Eurasian region.

Dr Svante is an author of many researches on conflict solving and negotiations, corruption and transnational crimes, oil strategy, editor of online analytical editions.

The lectures will take place at the assembly hall of Foreign Ministry.
