Azerbaijan, EU conclude action plan

Azerbaijan will sign European Neighborhood Policy action plan with the European Union in Baku on 2-3 October this year.

A diplomatic source told the APA European Commissioner for External Relations Benita Ferrero-Waldner will arrive in the Azerbaijani capital to sign the document.

The action plan is for five-year term at initial stage. It covers bilateral cooperation in political and security dialogue, economic, social, juridical, trade, cultural spheres.

The action plan has been agreed with the experts of 25 EU member states.
