Oskanian refused to meet Azeri FM

Armenian Foreign Minister Vartan Oskanian refused to hold a meeting with Elmar Mammadyarov in London.

Armenian side made such a move in connection with U.N. General Assembly's resolution, initiated by Azerbaijan, calling for the U.N. to urgently assist in preventing environmental damage from fires in the disputed territory of Nagorno Karabakh, Day.Az was informed by diplomatic sources.

On Tuesday Oskanian departed for Paris to meet with the OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs.
