OSCE official calls for cooperation between Armenia, Azerbaijan

Cooperation between Azerbaijan and Armenia is essential in order to put an end to fires in occupied Azeri territories, said the OSCE acting chairman's personal envoy Andrzej Kasprzyk.

The negotiations on sending a new expert group to the region are currently being held with the sides. I see no reasons for the lack of cooperation in the investigation into the fires," Kasprzyk told reporters, Interfax informs.

The lack of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Armenia "is certainly affecting negotiations and military issues," he said.
