Israeli Ambassador: "We want Azeri peacekeepers to be deployed to Lebanon"

"Azerbaijan's Embassy can be opened in Israel if Azerbaijan offers," Israeli Ambassador to Azerbaijan Arthur Lenk told journalists.

The Ambassador said there is no problem from the Israeli side regarding this issue.

He also said Israel shows interest in Azerbaijani military men to be deployed to Lebanon inside peacekeeping forces, APA reports.

"The Israeli government supports Azerbaijani military men's activity to ensure peace in the conflict zone," the Ambassador said.
