Novruz Mammadov: "Azerbaijan concerned about Andrzej Kasprzyk's activity"

"Some organizations commented on the facts only after Azerbaijan's insistence," Novruz Mammadov, President's office international relations department told the APA.

He said the official Baku tries to attract international experts to the areas where arsons were committed. He also criticized the activity of Andrzej Kasprzyk, personal representative of OSCE chairman-in-office.

"Azerbaijan is concerned about Andrzej Kasprzyk's such activity," he underlined.
