President Aliyev congratulates Muammar Gadaffi

President Ilham Aliyev congratulated leader of the Libyan Revolution, Head of the People's Socialist Libyan Arab Jamahiriya Muammar Al-Gaddafi, on the national holiday of his country - Day of Revolution.

President of Azerbaijan expressed hope the development of relations between Azerbaijan and Libya would serve strengthening of friendship and cooperation.

Head of the Azerbaijan State extended best wishes to Mr. Muammar Al-Gaddafi, and the people of Libya - perace and welfare.
