OIC member-countries' Tourism Ministers to arrive in Baku

Representatives from 36 countries are scheduled to attend September 9 in Baku, the 5th conference of Tourism Ministers of the Organization for Islamic Conference (OIC) member states, Aydin Ismiyev, head of tourism department of the Ministry of Culture & Tourism said.

Establishment of cooperation in tourism among the OIC member states, meeting of the heads of delegations with the leadership of Azerbaijan Ministry of Culture and Tourism will be put on agenda. Heads of tourism companies of Azerbaijan will gather for round table at the initiative of Nulufer Bakhtiyar, Pakistani Tourism Minister to discuss expansion of links between Azerbaijan and Pakistan.

The conference participants will see historical-architectural sights of the capital.

In summary, Ministers of OIC member states will adopt September 12 the Baku declaration and resolution of the conference.
