YAP holds board meeting

During this period, the Yeni Azerbaijan Party took active participation in political life of the country, has lead a number of conferences and round-tables on vital topics, representatives of the Party met on the front line with the soldiers, have rendered them material assistance. On board meeting, it has been underlined, that the role and position of the Party in society have amplified.

It is possible to consider as the important parameter of growth of the number of members of the Party during half a year in 15 thousand 677 persons. Now, the ruling Party of the country unites 393 thousand 746 persons, among which 167 thousand 216 are women (42,4 percent) and 150 thousand 524 are young men (38,2 percent). Also it has been noted, that the number of students in the Party has considerably increased and has reached 39 thousand 203 persons.

At session, also has been approved the semi-annual financial report of the Party.

The Board has discussed and approved the plan of work of the Party for July-December, 2006.
