Novella Jafaroglu: "Amnesty may be granted in Azerbaijan by the end of the year"

Parliament is working on draft law on amnesty.

Head of Women's Rights Defense Center named after D.Aliyeva, human rights activist Novella Jafaroglu told the draft law might be discussed in autumn session of Milli Majlis (parliament).

The human rights activist also said amnesty is expected to be granted by December this year, APA reports.
